The Cyprus real estate market maintained its positive trajectory in April 2026. Official statistics released by the Department of Lands and Surveys (DLS) show that 1,354 sale contracts were deposited nationwide during April—representing an 11.2% year-over-year increase compared to April 2025.

This strong monthly performance brought cumulative property transactions for the first four months of the year (January–April 2026) to 7,078 contracts, a 16.2% surge compared to the same period in 2025.
