The Cyprus property market recorded strong performance in June 2026, driven by robust domestic activity and consistent investment from international buyers. According to official data from the Department of Lands and Surveys (DLS), Cyprus registered 1,511 sale contracts deposited during the month—representing a 12.8% year-over-year increase compared to June 2025.

This positive monthly result lifted total island-wide sales for the first half of the year (January–June 2026) to 10,007 contracts, marking a solid 14.7% cumulative gain compared to H1 2025.
